Pam Lawrence has been our Executive Director since 2007, and was Program Coordinator from 2001-2007. Pam has been with MPS since 1999. Heidi Trivett is our Program Coordinator, and has also served as Site Coordinator and Vocational Trainer. Heidi has been with MPS since 2006. She puts out all the “fires” that come up and handles training issues. Joe Earl is our new Site Coordinator. He started working with MPS as a Vocational Trainer in September, 2009. Joe supervises our Vocational Trainers, develops ISPs, and handles all work site issues. Amy Bray has been our Administrative Assistant since 2002, and has also served as Vocational Trainer. Amy handles all accounts payable/receivable, payroll, scheduling, financial reports, and all other duties that come her way. She is the resident pop culture guru. Anna Baki has been an Employment Specialist since 2009, providing job development for individuals, including resume development, making contacts, and job carving. Andy Knori has been an Employment Specialist since 2010, and has also served as Vocational Trainer and Supported Living Specialist. He currently provides job development for individuals including resume development, making contacts, assessments, and job carving. He is the Squirrel Whisperer of the MPS office. All of our Vocational Trainers have been professionally trained in the Oregon Intervention System, First Aid, and CPR, as well as have completed a thorough DHS Criminal History Background Check. In addition, all of our staff receive ongoing specialized training in autism, dual diagnosis, and other areas of importance to our clientele.
