Supported Employment
The foundation of our agency is providing supported employment to individuals in their community-based jobs. There is a wide range of services available, including:


- Discovery and Intake—learning about skills, needs, desires, and goals of the client to find a good employment match.
- Job Development—employment specialists work with businesses and organizations in the community to find a suitable position
- Assessment—assessing individual’s skills and employment readiness while working in a community environment.
- Training—training individuals starting new jobs, as well as training on new tasks at current jobs.
- Liaison—working as a translator of sorts between the employer/supervisor and the employee to ensure successful job performance.
- Ongoing support—checking in at the worksite daily, weekly, or monthly, as needed, to reinforce skills and habits to ensure successful job performance.
- Maintaining ISP and BSP plan goals.
- Independence-- Help individuals become as independent as possible while maintaining the highest level of rapport with each business.
