Staff and Contact Information
All of our Direct Support Professionals and Job Coaches have been professionally trained in the Oregon Intervention System, First Aid, and CPR, as well as have completed a thorough DHS Criminal History Background Check. In addition, all of our staff receive ongoing specialized training.
Pam has been our Executive Director since 2007, and was Program Coordinator from 2001-2007. Pam has been with MPS since 1999. Pam oversees all aspects of the agency, including budgeting, acting as Board liaison, and providing leadership for the organization.

Heidi is our Program Coordinator, and has also served as Site Coordinator and Vocational Trainer. Heidi has been with MPS since 2006. Heidi oversees both our vocational and supported living programs.

Joe is our Site Coordinator. He started working with MPS as a Vocational Trainer in September, 2009. Joe supervises our Vocational Trainers, develops ISPs, and handles all work site issues.

Marissa is our Vocational Site Coordinator. She started working with MPS as a Vocational Trainer in 2013. Marissa supervises our Vocational Trainers, develops ISPs, and handles all work site issues.

Anna has been an Employment Specialist since 2009, providing job development for individuals, including resume development, making contacts, and job carving. She loves discovering the interests and dreams of individuals and match them with jobs that align with who they are.

Andy is our Administrative Assistant. He has also served as Vocational Trainer, Employment Specialist and Supported Living Specialist since 2010. He currently handles all accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reports.

Chris is our Volunteer Coordinator. He started working with MPS in 2015 as a Vocational Trainer. Chris helps individuals discover interests, identify strengths, practice interviewing, and practice work skills through community based volunteer opportunities.
